Who do you clean for?
We proudly specialize in first responders and their families: police, fire, EMS, dispatch, and their households. Anyone looking for a trustworthy cleaning team is welcome to reach out.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we price each job individually. Fill out our short form and we'll get back to you with a price estimate.
What do I need to do before a move-out clean?
Please empty the home of belongings, remove all food from the fridge and freezer, and leave one empty box on each floor for anything in our way. If something is left behind, there may be an extra charge or we may not be able to clean that area, so let us know beforehand.
Can you guarantee I'll get my security deposit back?
No cleaning company can promise that. Landlords decide deposits, often based on things outside cleaning, like repairs or carpets. If you're not satisfied with anything in our scope, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to take care of it.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most cleans. If anyone under 18 is home, an adult needs to stay for the whole visit. Aggressive or anxious pets should be crated or in a closed room while we work.
What about firearms in the home?
We know many of our families carry. Please lock up or put away all firearms and ammunition before we arrive. Our team will not move or handle them.
Do you clean carpets or outdoor windows?
Not yet! We're always working to grow our services, and we hope to offer carpet cleaning and all windows, inside and out, in the future. For now, we don't do carpet cleaning or outdoor windows above the first floor. Ground-floor outdoor windows can be added for an extra charge. If there is pet urine or feces on carpet, a professional carpet cleaner is needed.
